The menu was as follows:
- Grilled Pork Chops marinated in a Garlic and Rosemary sauce...Props to the Betty Crocker cookbook for this recipe!
- Grilled late summer sweet corn...four for a freakin' dollar I might add
- Rice Pilaf
- Buttermilk biscuits
- Green salad with a great Balsamic dressing
- We washed it all down with Pyramid's amazing Apricot Heffeweizen!
- Hours later we finished off the night with a sweet strawberry pie
