The Elder of ElwoodFr. Hopko's recent lecture, with Q&A, Orthodox Christian Faith and Human Sexuality, is a challenging, boots on the ground, look at the topic.

I'll add that Hopko grounds his theory in scripture as well as personal pastoral experience over a long period of time. He shows getting to know the other makes it less easy to paint the picture only with black and white, and yet, he never lets the complexity muddle his understanding of theology with grey relativism.
